We had already heard rumors about this news, but we can now confirm that they are true. Ubisoft will soon publish an update for what we consider one of the best ‘classic style’ games in the Assassins vs. Templars saga that will improve it on current generation consoles. We talk about Assassin’s Creed Syndicate
In case you don’t know, this installment of the popular series takes us to Victorian London at the end of the 19th century. We control the twin assassins Jacob and Evie Frye, who must wrest control of the city from the Templars through a gang war and thus prevent them from taking over one of the Pieces of Eden.
According to the Ubisoft official statementthe free update patch will be available for Assassin’s Creed Syndicate from the Monday, November 18, 2024. It will weigh 0.75 GB on PS5 and 31.8 GB on Xbox platforms (as the latter require downloading the full game for backward compatibility).
We hope this update encourages those who haven’t played this Ubisoft gem to give it a try. Not only do we consider it the epitome of the ‘classic style’ of the saga, but it has a very interesting story with multiple social comments.
