When Epic Games introduced The first person game mode «style Counter-Strike«it made it very clear that it was a kind of 'early access' that would be constantly evolving. Little by little they have been improving it and adding content and we will soon have an important update for Fortnite: Ballistic which will introduce important changes and the new Map Vulcana.
Vulcana will not look like the other ballistic maps or the rest of the game in its launch. It will be a test map with incomplete ASSETS 'and without environmental details. Despite that, it manages to transmit its vibes of the Mediterranean town with narrow streets, bottles necks and a volcano in the background. Although it will be part of the rotation of maps with the V35.10 next to the tenth horizon, strong and complex cazatrude strength, it does not intend to be a “complete” experience but something that players explore to help finish.
The new Vulcana test map will be available in Fortnite: Ballistic After the update of the Friday, May 16, 2025. It is accompanied by the following changes:
- The players will appear in each round with two of the selected artifacts of the inventory at their disposal, completely free.
- Adjustments to the economy. They will reduce the credits won and increase the cost of several artifacts.
- We will have an exclusive space for guns and these will no longer occupy the place of the main weapon.
- Any player can start a vote to surrender after the third round of a game.
