Thanks to a special presentation we were able to find out the date and all the news that will come to Genshin Impact with the update patch to version 4.6: the gachapones with the new character Arlecchino, new weapons, events and surprises.

When is the update to version 4.6 of Genshin Impact coming out?
We will be able to play the new content of Genshin Impact after the update patch to version 4.6 whose release date is: the night of Tuesday, April 23, 2024.
We estimate that the release would end around June 5, 2024 with the arrival of update patch 4.7.
Gachapones and the new character Arlecchino
Finally we will be able to play with one of the most popular members of the Fatui. Harlequin will be the only new character in version 4.6 of Genshin Impact. Your gachapon will be part of phase 1. We already have a guide for this character so that they can prepare their ‘build’ and obtain the necessary improvement materials.
During phase 1 of the version we will also have the return of the gachapón of Lyney
In phase 2 we will have the return of the gachapones of the Globetrotter and of Baizhu.
New weapon
Along with Arlecchino’s gachapon we will have a new weapons gachapon in which we can get his characteristic weapon, the five-star spear Visage of the crimson moon.
Hitting an enemy with a Charged Attack grants a Life Pact equal to 25% of Max Health. This effect can only occur once every 14 seconds. Additionally, when the wielder of this weapon has a life pact, his damage is increased by 12%. If the Life Pact value is greater than or equal to 30% of Max Life, the damage dealt is increased by an additional 20%.
New events and missions
At the launch of version 4.6, Arlecchino’s legendary quest ‘Ignis Purgatorius’ will arrive in the game to learn about the past of the ‘Mother’ of the Bonfire House. We will also have part 2 of Cyno’s legendary mission: Lupus Aureus.
This mission will introduce a new sumeru character: Sethos.
In version 4.6 of Genshin Impact We will also have a world mission that will take us to the new Remuria area and new events such as THE GREAT IRIDESCENT TOUR OF THE ROCKER LIFE OF ARATAKI. In this event we can recruit Gorou for free and get a new instrument: Nightzephyr Trumpet and we will participate in several musical and rhythm mini-games.
During the version we will also have other events such as:
- Hunters and rebels: strategies and plots: The game of hide and seek is back. In this new version, the rebels must search for devices to repair to win the game.
- In search of the unique Saurians: We have to help a cook who wants to make friends with a Regisvid Pyro and Protodrago Geo and more monsters. We will meet someone from Natlan. It is a combat challenge.
- Applied research of resonant materials– Another combat challenge where we create our equipment upgrade combinations.
New bosses
Arlecchino will not only be the new gachapones character in version 4.6 of Genshin ImpactLa Sota will also be a new boss that we will have to face as part of this character’s legendary mission.
During his fight he will apply a blood pact to us that we have to eliminate by performing charged attacks. If we don’t, their attacks will be enhanced.
Another of the new bosses of version 4.6 of Genshin Impact is the Marble and brass statue What awaits us in the new area: Remuria.
New area
We will be able to visit the underwater capital of the lost kingdom of Remuria, which we will access through the small island of Petrichor.
New artifact sets
Divergent Harmony Fragment
- Two pieces: ATQ +18%.
- Four pieces: When the value of a life pact increases or decreases, the damage the character deals increases by 18%. This effect lasts 6 seconds and can stack up to 3 times.
Unfinished daydream
- Two pieces: ATQ +18%.
- Four pieces: 3 seconds after exiting combat, damage dealt is increased by 50%. If more than 6 seconds have passed while in combat without any nearby enemies being burned, this damage increase will decrease by 10% per second, until it reaches 0%. If any nearby enemies are burned, the damage dealt increases by 10% per second, up to 50%. These effects can be activated even when the character equipped with this artifact set is in your party but not in use.
Other news
- The new ‘Smooth Experience’ feature will prevent us from seeing a mission interrupted due to not having completed others before. Initially it will be available for the legendary Arlecchino mission, but in the future we will be able to use it in more missions.
- We will not have to advance in the legendary Arlecchino mission to face the Sota and we will be able to do so through a special domain.
- New quality of life options for Relaxatetera.
- New avatars.
