Just like the previous DLC, Joseph: Collapse comes inside the pass Far Cry season 6. This costs 50 dollars, brings the DLC of the three villains mentioned and the relaunch of Far Cry 3: Blood Dragon. According to Ubisoft, there will be a 25% discount on the season pass for the launch of Joseph: Collapse
There is no way to access the DLC individually. That is, they cannot be purchased separately, so if you want one, you will have to buy the season pass.
