Neither the presence of the Hulk nor that of the protagonist of Doom in the presentation trailer of the Chapter 4 of Fortnite It caught our attention as much as the appearance in this of Deku, protagonist of the ‘manga’ and ‘anime’ My Hero Academia (Boku no Hero Academia) and we couldn’t wait to know the date of this collaboration.
From the beginning it was rumored that the characters from the popular work by Kōhei Horikoshi would soon appear in Epic Games’ Battle Royale. Now we can confirm that this will be the case. Through a publication on the game’s official Twitter account, it was revealed when this ‘crossover’ will occur.
When does the collaboration start? Fortnite con My Hero Academia (Boku no Hero)?
The date on which the outfits or ‘skins’ of Deku and other characters from the ‘anime’ My Hero Academia (Boku no Hero Academia) will reach Fortnite will be the Friday December 16, 2022. We can expect them to be available in the store from 7:00 pm (Colombia, Peru and Ecuador time). Some rumors say that it could be ahead of the day before.
As of the date of writing this note, we cannot confirm which characters from the ‘manga’ and ‘anime’ will accompany Deku in the store Fortnite, if there will be a Creative Mode island dedicated to the theme and if we will have free cosmetics. Keep an eye on PS5, as we’ll have a new note with more information closer to the collaboration.
