Thanks to a new video we can meet the ‘cleaners’, protagonists that we will control in Back 4 Blood to kill hordes of zombies and special ‘Ridden’. Below you can find out their names and abilities.
Walker is a war veteran “loyal to the end and everyone can trust.” Killing zombies with precision will increase your aim when shooting. Deals increased damage and increases team health.
Doc is the inevitable doctor who cannot be absent from the group of characters in a game like Back 4 Blood. He is more efficient than his companions when it comes to healing and gets a ‘bonus’ when doing it with low health. It also increases the team’s resistance to trauma.
Karlee is quite special. You can “feel the danger” and have extra space in your quick access inventory. By being part of a team, you can increase the speed of use of all its members.
Obviously, a sniper could not be missing among the characters of Back 4 Blood. Jim’s damage also increases when killing zombies with precision and causes all of his teammates to do increased damage to weak points.
Hoffman, the team’s ‘crazy survivalist’, makes zombies drop ammo when killed and has extra space in his offensive item inventory. As if that weren’t enough, its presence increases the team’s ammunition storage capacity.
Evangelo is able to easily escape enemy prey, regenerates Stamina with ease, and increases team movement speed.
We also have Mom, the “mom” of the character team from Back 4 Blood. She is a ‘badass’ who can instantly revive, has an additional slot in her support item inventory, and grants an ‘extra life’ to the team.
Finally we have Holly, the narrator of the adventure who recovers Stamina by killing zombies, has increased resistance to damage and increases the overall Stamina of the team.
Of course, the zombies or ‘The Ridden’ could not be missing, special enemies that we will face in Back 4 Blood.
The Breaker can cut us in half with his blows, the Ogre throws ‘things’ that the characters call ‘meatballs’, the Snitcher who summons a horde if he sees us first and the Hag that will try to devour us. We also see that there are other enemies, such as a zombie with a highly developed arm and another that charges towards the enemies, but they are not named.
