Haven’t all your friends been ruined by playing Overcooked? Here’s an excuse for you to try again. Team17 and Ghost Town Games studio are celebrating five years of the franchise with a free anniversary update for Overcooked! All You Can Eat: the birthday party.
This free update, now available, added the following items to Overcooked! All You Can Eat
- Five new birthday-themed levels
- New Chef: Tabby Cat
- New Recipe: Cup of Tea
- New Mechanic: Cambiazo (‘Switcheroo’)
The new ‘switcheroo’ mechanic adds ‘living cards’ to the birthday levels of Overcooked! All You Can Eat that will persecute us with their portals. These will transport us to another part of the kitchen, creating even more chaos than usual.

You can celebrate the anniversary and birthday of Overcooked! All You Can Eat with this update on all platforms for which the game is available: PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X | S, PlayStation 4, Xbox One, Nintendo Switch and PC (Steam).
