As they could notice, The Sorrow, The Fear, The End, The Pain, The Fury and The Boss – members of the Cobra unit – and Volgin look amazing in this new title developed in the Unreal engine. If they stayed until the end of the trailer, they also realized that the game mode 'Snake vs Monkey', in which we have to catch the apes of Ape Escapehe is back.
Everything indicates that, at least in regard to plot and development, it will be a fairly faithful version of the MGS3 Original that went on sale for PS2 in 2004. Anyway there are fans who have their doubts about this project because Hideo Kojima, creator of the saga, is not involved in its development.
This trailer confirms that the game will be put on sale Thursday, August 28, 2025. It is an exclusive title for PS5.
