What is the story or plot of Star Wars Jedi: Survivor?
Five years after escaping the Inquisitorius Fortress on Nur and destroying the Holocron with the location of Force-sensitive children in the events of Fallen OrderCal Kestis and his companions from the Mantis ship continue to flee the Galactic Empire.
At the time of writing this note, no more official details are known about the story or plot of Star Wars Jedi: Survivor. What’s seen in the trailer suggests that Cal Kestis has been taking on the Empire on his own account and that this has put him in the crosshairs of not just bounty hunters and Inquisitors, but a senator.
Who is the man in the bacta tank?
In the trailers of Eat: Survivor we get to see a mysterious character that Cal is apparently looking to rescue from a Bacta tank. A dialogue we overheard that presumably belongs to this man reads “the Order is gone. I was betrayed by the one I trusted the most. I will not be imprisoned again.”
Everything indicates that this is a new character who belonged to the Jedi Order and —according to some reports— would be played by actor Cody Fern, known from American Horror Story. Some want to believe that it is about Garen ‘Starkiller’ Malek, from the old game series The Force Unleashedbut there is nothing that makes us believe that it can be true.
What we do know is that the bacta tank Jedi will play an important role in the plot of Survivor.
Will the Grand Inquisitor be the villain of Eat: Survivor?
In the game’s official ‘teaser’ we saw a Pau’ano with Cal’s old Lightsaber in his possession. Initially we thought it was the Grand Inquisitor—a well-known character from Star Wars Rebels, Obi-Wan Kenobi and comics—but it won’t be like that.
This new character is an imperial senator who has taken an interest in the young Jedi. We still don’t know what their goals will be.

The story takes place five years after the events of Fallen Order and that means that Eat: Survivor
This means that the events of the game will take place at the height of the Galactic Empire’s power and some years before the official formation of the Rebel Alliance. During that time, surviving Order 66 Jedi such as Obi-Wan Kenobi, Kanan Jarrus, Cere Junda, and Cal Kestis himself are actively being hunted by Inquisitors throughout the galaxy.
