Street Fighter 6 and Guilty Gear Strive lead the registration list

We have known for five months what are the official tournaments of EVO 2023. Now, that the registration period is over, we know the number of participants or registered for each of the eight official EVO 2023 tournaments.

How many registered are there in each of the official EVO 2023 tournaments?

EVO 2023 has confirmed an attendance of 9,182 unique players. Compared to last year, at EVO 2023 there are more than 4,000 new event attendees. The three tournaments with the highest number of players are Street Fighter 6

with 7,061, followed by Guilty Gear -STRIVE- con 2.481 t Tekken 7 with 1,580 records. It should be noted that Ultimate Marvel Vs. Capcom 3 —this year’s EVO Throwback Tournament— got a total of 1,346 records. With this, the popular crossover of Capcom and Marvel characters sets a new record for participants. We hope that these impressive numbers -for a game with more than 10 years of life- will allow us to see a new installment soon.

When is it and where can I see EVO 2023?

EVO 2023 will take place from August 4 to 6 in Las Vegas. The first two days of the event will take place at the Mandalay Bay Hotel Convention Center. The finals of the EVO 2023 tournaments will take place in the arena of the Mandalay Bay hotel, on Sunday, August 6. Those who are wondering where they can watch the fights of the EVO 2023 tournaments from home should not worry, since as usual the Evolution Championship Series will be broadcast on the official channel of EVO on Twitch.

Crunchyroll will be present at EVO 2023 with its game Street Fighter: Duel and a stand with different classic arcade games. All of this —with its photography spaces for series such as Jujutsu Kaisen o Spy X Family— along with gifts for attendees.
