Another popular horror film saga will become a video game and will arrive sooner than we think. Not much time has passed since the premiere of the prequel A Quiet Place: Day One and we already have news of the next chapter of the franchise: we already saw the first trailer for the game A Quiet Place: The Road Ahead.
It’s been almost three years since this title was announced. Since we hadn’t heard anything about it again, we thought it had been cancelled, but it will be ready very soon. You can see the trailer below.
This title will be distributed by Saber Interactive and is being developed by Stormind Games. In the past they have made games like the isometric action RPG Bathora: Lost Heaven and the two installments of the ‘survival horror’ saga Remothered. These titles have stealth as their most important tool, so they seem to have the experience necessary for this new game.
In the movies of A silent place, the Earth has been invaded by creatures with a powerful sense of hearing that attack as soon as they hear something. This has made the survivors get used to remaining completely silent in order to stay alive.
The game A Quiet Place: The Road Ahead will reach PS5, Xbox Series X|S y a PC sometime in 2024. They have not given a specific release date.
