As always happens, not all fans are happy, especially Katara's. While some expressed relief that Waterbender finally made it to the game, many wanted her to be a skin for Symmetra, not Mei.
The other discontent exists because of the prices of the skins. The 'skins' of the collaborations usually have a price of 2500 Coins —which has been highly criticized by players, as it is quite expensive—and the bundle with all the cosmetics is usually worth between 5,600 and 5,900 Coins. Fortunately, one of the skins will be free.
