According to the Spanish informant and leaker SpushFNBRthis character will arrive in the game on Sunday October 20, 2024 and if normal update schedules are respected, we will be able to get you from 7:00 pm (Colombia, Peru and Ecuador time).
The leaker also revealed the price of the outfit, the bundle, and all of its cosmetic items separately.
