They have already officially revealed the characters of version 4.4 of Genshin Impact: Xianyun, the human form of the Cloud Preserver adeptus, and Gaming, the bodyguard of the Chestsword Safe Transportation Agency.
We are going to know the first details of these two new Liyue characters and when they will arrive in the game along with update 4.4.

According to the current schedule, the date of the update to version 4.4 of Genshin Impact be the night of Tuesday, January 30, 2024. They would not necessarily arrive in the same wave and you could belong to the gachapones of a few weeks later.
