SNK is one of the most popular and well-known studios in the industry and especially among fans of fighting games. It has great licenses and some of them are ‘King of Fighters’ and ‘Samurai Shodown’, games that were shown again with their new content and look great.
In the case of ‘King of Fighters XV’ it is a new installment, for its part, ‘Samurai Shodown’ shows the content that will arrive in its third season. The information comes from a twelve minute long video in which it talks about the updates of this pair of games.
The video features animation by Yasuyuki Oda and started off pretty well starting with a ‘King of Fighters XV’ trailer. Oda met with the director of the game Eisuke Ogura and he assured that this new installment will maintain the essence with a dizzying pace and very skilled enemies that will represent a challenge when facing them.
Ogura also commented that the development of the title is progressing quite well and they are currently polishing details to reach its gold phase. We are expected to have new details for ‘King of Fighters XV’ next week, so the game should not suffer any delay.
New characters for ‘Samurai Shodown’
As for ‘Samurai Shodown’, SNK showed the first two characters that will arrive in the game in the form of DLC in the framework of the third season. The first of these fighters will be Cham Cham, who arrives due to the constant requests of gamers. This character will arrive at the title on an undisclosed date in March. The second character is about Hibiki Takane, who comes from ‘The Last Blade 2’, another of the SNK franchises.
