Many players received their brand-new ones yesterday with all the happiness in the world. PS5. However, there were a few who apparently did not meet the same fate. Yesterday we discussed a case, and this Friday some more begin to appear.

PS5 had a big launch around the world
One of the first problems reported is the youtuber ACB. He received a PS5 to review it and make the necessary coverage. The problem is that it stopped working.
According to him, he was using an external storage device, when a message appeared on the screen. This one said ‘your storage is damaged and we have to rebuild it’. It appeared several times in a row before the system stopped working.
The first technical problems of Xbox Series X and PS5 arise
Another user in Reddit, Dello512, shared a similar story. He employed a similar means, a NVMe of 1TB, with its PlayStation 5 connected via a rear USB port on the console.
This caused the system to crash and get corrupted, followed by rebuilding the database multiple times. In the end it seems that everything worked, and the system survived. This is why he recommends using the front console port instead of the rear one.
As expected, some glitches were reported
At least in the case of using a storage device NVMe. But there are more cases, like someone else’s youtuber, Omni. In a video he mentions that he was in the Playroom from Astro and then he turned off his console.
When he wanted to turn it on again, it just didn’t work. The power button did nothing. It is not known for sure what happened, but it seems to be something different from those who experienced so much ACB as Dello512.
