As the developer Treyarch and publisher Activision have now announced on the official website, in the coming days you will for the first time have the opportunity to play the zombies mode of the current shooter offshoot completely for free – at least temporarily.
A corresponding action has now been announced for the period from January 14 to 21, 2021 – just in time for the current hard lockdown due to the corona pandemic. In this time window you can gamble the zombies mode completely without restrictions and without paying a fee. If you want to take the chance, you have to download or use the Zombies Free Access in the online store of your respective platform.
Among other things, the trial version also contains a new version of “The Machine”, a map from Call of Duty: World at War published in 2008. In its time, it was the first franchise offshoot to have a zombies mode. Teams consisting of four players have to defend themselves against zombie hordes. The cranked mode is also on board, as is the Onslaught mode for two players, which is exclusive there on the PlayStation.
