These sources weren’t expecting much either: Jon Prosser bet at such a high level for March 23 that he had to shave his eyebrows after losing. There is now talk of launches in April, although without any concrete results. We don’t know when it will be in April, or if it will be with or without an event.
In addition, and it’s quite strange, rumors and leaks start to contradict each other. Mark Gurman has spoken about the new iMac’s releases with Apple Silicon sometime in the fall, but the latest beta versions show signs of falling. The company also cleaned up products and BOMs, indicating that it needs to prepare for changes to its catalogs.
But still we’re at a point where we can’t bet on anything. With Apple redoubling its efforts to avoid leaks, with misleading or misleading sources … this is unusual, but for the first time in a long time, I wouldn’t get my hands on too much news until WWDC21. We might or might not see an event. We may or may not see new Macs coming out a few days after Easter. We could finally see the AirTags, or not. As simple as that.
Therefore, my Sunday recommendation for everyone is that we remember that rumors are just that, rumors, and these days more than ever.
