For release on September 30, 2021 on Xbox One and Xbox Series X | S announced. Hot wheels unleashed showed up even more with a new gameplay trailer. In early April, Milestone released a long video in which the game’s developers talked about the title’s content and its mechanics. This presentation is much more concise as it allows us to discover a new environment called a “skyscraper”.
We see a line in a skyscraper, with moments when the vehicles roll upside down but not fall, the latter “getting stuck” on the road. If we look closely, we can see a trick (from 1:48) that makes it possible to pass the loop faster. This shortcut seems pretty sophisticated, which should reward the best players. This system will also help stimulate races.
This environment is the second to be revealed after the “garage”. There will be six in total and the remaining four will be announced later. These worlds will be your playground to compete in races, but also to create them. We’ve got a good look at what this can mean in terms of gameplay so far, but we need to be a little more patient before we discover the circuit editor.
