Blood Bowl 3 is Warhammer-style American football. All races of the universe face each other in bloody as well as tactical matches. During Nacon Connect, the title received a brand new trailer with campaign mode.
Originally planned at Focus, Blood Bowl 3 moved to Nacon after a takeover by Cyanide. As a turn-based strategy game that bases part of its outcome on dice rolls, the title allows players to compete against each other, but also to go through an entire campaign mode that is scripted in which six sponsors fight for the title. Unfortunately, the airing of this announcement was also an opportunity for Nacon and Cyanide to announce that the title will be released on PS5, PS4, Xbox Series, Xbox One, Nintendo Switch and PC in February 2022, instead of as planned in 2021. However, it will be playable with Early Access from September.
