Dotemu joins Focus Home Interactive
According to Has published Focus Home Interactive, the French company acquired the 77.5% of Dotemu for a total of 38.5 million dollars, a significant figure. In addition, an additional 15 million dollars were added conditional on future income and the completion of the study within the group.
Following this takeover, the current CEO of Dotemu, Cyrille Imbert, will retain his position at the head of the studio and will join the executive group of Focus Home Interactive.
The arrival of Dotemu marks a key step in the acceleration of the group’s expansion. Buying the studio was a very obvious decision for us, as the two companies share the same passion for video games and the same desire to improve themselves.
