Cyberpunk 2077, the last big title of CD projectIt had a particularly controversial launch, and one which did not satisfy the public or the press. The expectations were high, and while the game offered a great experience, the ambition of the Polish studio played a trick on them. After a long time, it looks like the effort is starting to pay off, and in 2022, the long-awaited next gen release will finally arrive.
For the moment the expected one has not been launched patch 1.5, although many are looking forward to it. Some rumors have pointed it out, in particular, a leak through 4Chan He said the game would take the opportunity to revive. This relaunch would help Cyberpunk 2077 was once again at the top of the industry, taking the name of Samurai Edition. But beyond the name the game would add tons of new contentlike new location, new missions, bug fixes etc. This immediately excited the community.
Unfortunately, these rumors came to nothing and the situation of Cyberpunk will remain the same for now. CD Projekt RED’s Director of Global Public Relations, Radek Grabowski, was responsible for overthrowing the house of cards that had formed around Cyberpunk 2077, throughout Twitter. While his tweet was not as explanatory and concrete as we might hope, it was a response to Paul Tassi (Forbes) and the alleged leak.
Although we cannot exclude that these rumors have an element of truth, the Polish study did not comment on the matter. It only remains to wait for the news that CD Projekt can officially announce.
