Video games let's do a lot of fun things: travel to unknown and distant land; hear stories from entirely new perspectives; shoot a big, big rifle. One of the most common things is walking, and yet, we rarely reduce the average speed between 3 and 4 miles per hour and look at what it means to travel.
Fortunately, there is an entire genre dedicated directly to travel. They are called "travel simulators" and in the last ten years they have grown well. Today, there are so many places to emulate, including but not limited to: the great old house, the Wyoming wilderness, the mysterious island, the typical British town, and the oldest house.
Of course, we expect pedestrian simulators to have great places to visit, because they focus on the story and have a little "traditional" nickname, if any. That puts far beyond their commitment to travel. That's right there in the name of friendship! But which one is best for travel? In order to answer this pressing question, I am committed to doing a complex analysis of some of the big names in the type of identification to decide: Which is the best travel simulator? You can find the results of my research in the video at the top of this post, but here's a little preview: At the end of the video, I'm not sure if the word "walking simulator" is the most accurate name we can use for this type of game.
