the Nikita AVT was first introduced to Warzone and Vanguard as part of the Pacific Season 3 April 2022 Update.
Unfortunately, this assault rifle isn’t as competitive as you might have hoped, due to its temperamental recoil and slower time to kill (TTK).
Despite this, we still recommend giving it a try as developer Raven Software will likely tweak the Nikita later, as the developer has done with other weapons in the past. It’s certainly not terrible and is usable, especially if you’re an experienced player.

Best Warzone Nikita AVT Loadout & Attachments
Here are our picks for the best Warzone Nikita AVT loadout and accessories:
- Muzzle: Mercury Silencer (unlocks at level 68)
- Barrel: Precision Kovalevskaya 548 mm (unlocks at level 33)
- Optical: G16 2.5x (unlocks at level 18)
- Store: ZAC MS (unlocks at level 46)
- Sub-barrel: Carver Foregrip (unlocks at level 13)
- Magazine: 7.62 x 54 mmR 45 round magazines (unlocks at level 11)
- Ammunition type: Elongated (unlocks at level 27)
- Rear handle: Hatched (unlocks at level 5)
- Advantage : Brace (unlocks at level 8)
- Advantage 2: Within reach (unlocks at level 7)
To start building, we recommend equipping the Mercury Silencer Muzzle, for suppression and better recoil control.
Then, go for the Kovalevskaya 548mm Precision Cannon, which improves your accuracy and control, as well as additional headshot damage.
Beyond that, we’d advise going with the G16 2.5x optic (although you can certainly use whatever you’re comfortable with) to help secure those mid-range and long-range kills.
Then it’s best to use the ZAC MS Stock for better horizontal recoil control and better aim down sights (ADS) speeds.
To increase effectiveness from a distance, we recommend using the Carver Foregrip as it gives you better recoil control and hip fire accuracy.
Unfortunately, the best magazine for the Nikita is the 7.62x54mmR 45 Round Mags, which is tricky because it doesn’t give you much wiggle room. We don’t recommend the 60 round magazine as it affects your bullet speed and damage.
When it comes to ammo type, go for the elongation for improved bullet speed, which will help you in those long-range battles.
Speaking of ranged battles, be sure to equip the Hatched Grip rear handle, which improves your overall accuracy.
Again, to improve your chances from range, we recommend using the Brace Perk to improve initial accuracy and recoil control.
For Perk 2, complete the build with On-Hand, which speeds up your ADS (though it’s not listed in the description).
Best Warzone Nikita AVT Class Setup, Perks & Gear
Here are the recommended gear and perks to create the best Nikita AVT class setup in Warzone:
- Advantage 1: Quick Fix (unlocks at level 42)
- Advantage 2: Restock (unlocks at Tier 1)
- Advantage 3: Combat Scout (unlocks at level 1)
- Secondary: M1 Bazooka (unlocks at level 11)
- Mortal: Molotov cocktail (unlocked at level 10)
- Tactical: Snapshot Grenades (unlocks at level 20)
With most weapons, it’s best to use Quick Fix so that your health immediately starts regenerating as soon as you insert an armor plate or secure a kill.
Since Ghost was nerfed, you can use Restock with this build, which restocks your gear every 25 seconds.
Combine this with the Snapshot Grenade and you’ll always know where your enemies are (more on that below).
Use Combat Scout to live slash enemies you damage for your entire team, making them easy to track, even through walls.
After that, bring the secondary you want. The M1 Bazooka is a good choice, but ultimately you’ll want to pick a close-range secondary like an SMG to make sure your bases are covered.
For lethal gear, it’s a good idea to come equipped with Molotov Cocktails, which deal splash damage and are quite powerful.
Finally, equip Snapshot Grenades, which ping all nearby enemies, making it easy to see them through walls. Combine that with Combat Scout and you’ll be extremely powerful on Caldera or Rebirth Island.
