During the special presentation of the anniversary 6 of Dead by Daylight we were able to find out new details about the new killer and the survivor of the new chapter ‘Roots of Dread’ with the new killer The Dredge, we took a look at the cosmetics of the collaboration with Shingeki no Kyojin (Attack on Titan), plus content from Resident Evil and we met the dating simulator Hooked on You. We even saw what the Funko Pop of the game will be like.

Funko Pop
During the event, four Funko Pop inspired by characters from Dead by Daylight: Huntress, Claudette, Specter and Doctor.
They don’t have a set release date yet, but they’re supposed to hit stores this year.

We also got a first look at outfits inspired by the ‘anime’ series Shingeki no Kyojin (Attack on Titan).
Dwight will take on a uniform based on Eren Jaeger, the series’ protagonist.
Zarina will fill the role of Hange.
Completing the collaboration Dead by Daylight con Shingeki no Kyojin (Attack on Titan), Oni will take on the appearance of the Armored Titan.
While we don’t know any further details, we do know we’ll see more outfits when the collaboration goes live later this year. Surely we will also see pendants and other cosmetics based on the same ‘anime’ series
New chapter ‘Roots of Dread’
This new chapter—which will include a new killer, survivor, and map— It will start on Tuesday, June 7, 2022, but it is already available on the PTB test server. The story unfolds around a town that seems perfect, but the residents hide a terrible secret.
As revealed by a recent leakthe new killer Dead by Daylight in the chapter ‘Roots of Dread’ is The Dredge . This is a creature inspired by the ‘boogeyman’ or the ‘boogeyman’ as we know it here. It is the representation of the secrets and darkness of the town. It has an impossible biology with multiple appendages and shapes. The idea is that we cannot define “what it is” by seeing it.
The Dredge’s abilities in Dead by Daylight they allow you to use the lockers to teleport. Night Cycle is an ability that will shroud a survivor in darkness when unleashed, causing them to only see the killer and not what is around them.
The new survivor announced at the 6th anniversary event of Dead by DaylightHaddie Kaur, has appeared in the files before.
Haddie is from North India, but grew up in Quebec, Canada. She has the ability to see the places where the Entity’s world merges with our world.
New Map: Garden of Jubilation
The new map of the ‘Roots of Dread’ chapter, coming to Dead by Daylight alongside survivor Haddie Kaur and new killer The Dredge, it’s a seemingly normal house in the middle of a forest created by the Entity. Its interior is twisted and corrupt. It is the representation of all the darkness of an apparent “perfect community”.
6th anniversary event Dead by Daylight: Twisted Masquarade
The event that will celebrate the six years of the game will begin on Thursday June 16, 2022. When playing we are going to get invitations with which we can get up to 12 cosmetics. These are six surviving skins and six for the killers.
We will have community challenges, character challenges, the maps will be decorated for the celebration and there will be many cosmetics that we can earn. The Dredge and Maddie will have special costumes.
Hooked on Youa dating simulator Dead by Daylight
It is not a joke. This ‘spin-off’ game will arrive on Steam during the third quarter of 2022. It is developer Psyop, the studio responsible for the funny I Love you, Colonel Sanders. The game will take on the characters with a sense of humor, but respecting their natures and doing justice to the fans who asked for it.
The characters that will appear are Trapper, Huntress, Specter and Spirit. Of course, fans immediately lamented The Joker’s absence.

new chapter of Dead by Daylight: Resident Evil Proyecto W
The same leak that revealed The Dredge and Haddie Kaur said that in the future we would have a new chapter with more characters from Resident Evil, and it turned out to be true. A future chapter of Dead by Daylight Will be called Resident Evil: Proyecto W and it will arrive before the end of 2022.
If the leak is accurate, the characters that will arrive with this chapter will be Ada Wong (Survivor), Rebecca Chambers (Survivor) and Albert Wesker (Assassin).
