PlayStation fans may soon be able to secure a number of titles at bargain prices again. The Days of Play are said to be imminent.

In the meantime, Sony officially announced the Days of Play via PlayStation Blog announced; the starting signal is actually given today, May 25th, and the campaign will then run until June 8th, 2022. Dur ing this period there will be a number of offers for selected PS4 and PS5 games in the PlayStation Store and at participating retail partners.
As examples of discounted titles, Sony itself cites the following:
- LEGO Star Wars: Die Skywalker Saga
- Dying Light 2: Stay Human
- Destiny 2: Witch Queen
- Far Cry 6 – Standard Edition
In addition, PlayStation’s own titles such as The Last of Us: Part II will be available at reduced prices, as well as merchandise and accessories such as DualSense controllers.

Year after year, Sony holds a big sale with the PlayStation Days of Play – and 2022 should be no exception. According to insider information, this year’s edition is imminent and will start shortly.
Before the start of the new month of June, things should start this week. Corresponding rumors have picked up speed in the last few days, after the Twitter account of Cheap Ass Gamer
There is no official confirmation or source for this date, in the meantime this Twitter user jumped in Wario64 but another to the side – and in the past he has very often hit the mark with his statements and forecasts, so is generally considered to be well informed.
This leaker also shares a graphic that appears to be from a promo or email and even confirms the event timeline is June 8, 2022. Details of what you can specifically expect from the Days of Play this year, but initially also has Wario64 not yet available.
In recent years, dozens of PlayStation games have had their prices significantly reduced during the Days of Play. Last year, for example, you were able to secure Ghost of Tsushima, Spider-Man: Miles Morales or The Last of Us: Part II as bargains. PlayStation Plus subscriptions can also be discounted, as can hardware and accessories. Details are to be expected with the official announcement by Sony itself.
