Assassin’s Creed Valhalla Players will get a free new game mode this summer.
This mode is a rogue-lite inspired journey that takes you to the Niflheim region. Starring Odin and known as The Forgotten Legend, it offers a “fresh” gameplay.
Ubisoft also said that a “last surprise” will await players at the end of the year, as the Assassin’s Creed team will present the final episode of the Eivor story to all players as a free chapter.
Currently, players can access new free content in Assassin’s Creed Valhalla through Year 2 support, including Return of the Holidays, Mastery Challenge Pack 2, and the Armory feature.
Beginning tomorrow (June 15th), the new Free Mastery Challenge game mode will test your skills with a variety of replayable trials of melee, range and stealth, allowing you to unlock new rewards.
There will also be new caves to explore this fall, where you’ll unravel the mysteries of the Tomb of the Fallen.
