It’s one of those events that brings a smile when you realize that a lot of time has passed. There was a time when Apple didn’t miss big third-party tech events like igamesnews. But little by little and as the Internet has become our second home, in Cupertino they have decided to withdraw from these fairs and go there for free.
However, current times have changed this trend. And it is that for the first time Apple will be present at the mythical San Diego Comic-Con, whose 2022 edition is once again in person. The company will host talks and panels on Apple TV+’s most acclaimed series.

The company itself confirmed this in a press release, announcing panels for “Severance,” “For All Mankind,” “See,” Invasion,” “Foundation,” and “Mythic Quest.” an experience for all visitors inspired by the ‘Severance’ series: a replica of Lumon’s offices at the Hard Rock Hotel in which “those who dare” can experience what it’s like to separate their minds between work and personal life as offered by the series itself.
San Diego Comic-Con will open its doors from July 21 to 24, so if you are lucky enough to be in the area at the time, it can be a great experience. It may not be a return to tech shows (I don’t think we’ll ever see a support Apple at events like Mobile World Congress) but being at Comic-Con is like coming back to the big fairs through the front door.
