EA and Koei Tecmo announce Wild Hearts, a new AAA fighter coming in February

Electronic Arts and KOEI TECMO have officially announced WILD HEARTSa new type of hunting game with unique crafting mechanics. WILD HEARTS will be available on February 17, 2023 for PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S and PC through Origin, Steam and Epic Games Store.

Published under the EA Originals brand and developed by Omega Force, the team behind the WARRIORS series, WILD HEARTS takes players on an epic adventure set in a fantasy feudal Japan. There they will fight giant beasts called Kemonowith the help of Karakuri, sophisticated mechanisms created from ancient lost technology.

WILD HEARTS takes place in Azumaa fantastic landscape inspired by feudal Japan, devastated by the peaceful Kemonos, altering their environment at the cost of the lives of the citizens. Kemonos range from plant-fused squirrels to the massive boar Kingtusk. After a terrible fight with the winter wolf Deathstalker, players become carriers of vital technology and are forced to restore balance to the entire region.

In WILD HEARTS, Players travel through Azuma as a lone wolf or hunt in packs with up to two friends using the cooperative and cross-play features on all platforms. Players can expand their battle plans and take on special missions while hunting in packs, teaming up with other hunters around the world, or taking on Kemonos on their own. The game will feature voiceovers in English, Japanese, French, Italian, German, and Spanish.

WILD HEARTS will be available in physical and digital stores on February 17, 2023 for PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S for 79.99$ and PC via Origin, Steam, and the Epic Games Store for 69,99$.
