This is unusual for a number of reasons. On the one hand, like Amazon or Saturn, Otto is an online shop that offers the console comparatively more frequently, and at times there were even weekly drops there. On the other hand, myToys, where the PS5 was sold yesterday, belongs to the Otto Group. It is unusual that the subsidiary sells the console, but Otto has not yet posted any new offers.

Many therefore suspect that Otto currently has PS5 consoles in stock again, but would like to wait until the right time to sell them. Such would be today, for example, on Amazon Prime Day. In this way, one could also benefit from the current buying mood of customers and perhaps lure one or the other potential buyer away from the competition.
