Pokemon Scarlet and Pokemon Violet will soon be entitled to a new update that already promises big things.
If Pokemon Eclarte & Violet are real hits, the 9G duo has nevertheless chilled many players and caused much more anger (or laughter). Despite its great qualities, this latest generation of Pokémon on Nintendo Switch also has enormous technical problems, whether bugs or graphics that are well below the capabilities of the console. However, Nintendo is apparently aware of this and wants to try to solve the problem.
Pokemon will be updated soon!
The company announced this in a recent statement Pokémon Scarlet and Purple would receive a major update aimed at “fixing several bugs” while bringing “many new features”. This patch 1.2 is currently expected for the end of February but does not have an exact release date yet.
Likewise, Nintendo has been very elusive about new upcoming features and preferred to keep them secret, so we’ll have to settle for the announcement for now. However, the company assured that there would be more information a little later, certainly to coincide with the patch notes, which should arrive within a few weeks at most.
This update follows the major patch 1.1 that was deployed back in December. The latter has already corrected a few things and also started the first season of the competitive multiplayer mode with ranking. The game also regularly receives small updates to add new raids and events. In addition, many rumors indicate that a DLC will be released soon.
Note the software, by the way Pokémon HOME will also receive a new update to improve the user experience, but compatibility with the license’s latest games will not arrive until later in the spring.
