By the year 2020, the 10th anniversary of the NieR will be celebrated, a consensus on topics considered religious but achieved great success with its latest single, NieR: Automata, one of the best titles the current generation of consoles has ever seen.
As we learned today, on November 29 Square Enix is registering a NieR brand in Japan, which, despite being very common among different developers, has served to stir up rumors about a possible new topic, to take on the added power of rumors of re-imagining the first adventure launched in 2010.
Can we see a new NieR in 2020?
Rumors about the new title of this saga have been circulating for a while, when Yoko Taro himself has agreed to work on new NieR titles, including a possible sequel to NieR: Automata if Plato Enix gives him enough money
Last December, Square Enix opened a new site dedicated to the next recall of the framework and right now on this site we find links to websites and sales of existing articles, it is clear that the Japanese company has something in mind
In the meantime, and as we tend to do with all these rumors, we remind you that we currently have no official confirmation that a new franchise title is available or will be developed in the future, so we should take this information in tweezers until you receive some news from Square Enix; though personally, I hope we can see a new title for Joko Taro's career in the next 2020 year.
