If there is a truly famous and eccentric personality in the video game industry, it is Hideo Kojima. His creations have always been inspired by the mixture of various cultures, cinematographic works and in general, of all that had attracted his tastes, capturing it in an original way in a medium in which many do not dare to be so radical.
But we also know that sometimes Hideo Kojima passes more from fame to meme, like on this occasion, in which he presented his new documentary series “Connecting World”. Precisely, in an interview with his good friend Geoff Keighley, who forwarded to twitter famed Stephen Totilo of Axios (and formerly of Kotaku), said he wants to go to space in the future:
I want to go to space. I want to go to space and make a game that you can play in space… So please someone send me to space.
Kojima continues to work on several projects, including the Xbox exclusive
Of course, Hideo Kojima’s words have part of a jokebut what he wanted to refer to was that this would be his next step in the search for new game mechanics, in which he has always stood out for offering us something very different.
There is no doubt that Kojima’s creative process is not the norm and we can currently see it in his latest title, Death Stranding, which, let’s remember, is included in PC Game Pass. But even though we won’t see the second part on Xbox either, we will have an exclusive title for Microsoft, which is supposed to be cloud-based and is a project they’ve wanted to do for years. When can we see something? Is it really overdose filtering?
