The new products for 2024 are very heavy

Starting in February, Prime Video will release a new in-house series Mr. & Mrs. Schmied. The synopsis is almost the same as the film with Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie, with the difference that the characters in the television series are not originally married. They are two strangers who are on the sidelines and are recruited by an agency as spies, with the associated benefits such as beautiful trips, a luxurious apartment in Manhattan and a life as a couple.

On April 12, 2024, the Fallout series will be released on Prime Video and that suggests the best. The first trailer shows respect for the universe, but also great resources. This production by Jonathan Nolan and Lisa Joy (Westworld) takes place 200 years after the beginning of the apocalypse.

The new Prime Video releases of 2024

You have the list of movies, series, documentaries and Prime Video shows whose release dates are known, but this is just a small overview of the programs offered to subscribers. In 2024, Amazon will push French content with Trash, a behind-the-scenes miniseries of Loft Story; LOL, whoever laughs gets out! Season 4; Sulak by Mélanie Laurent; the thriller Tigers & Hyenas with Géraldine Nakache and Fianso (among others); THE Infallible with the comedian Inès Reg; or the TV show “Ourika” by rappers Booba and Clément Godart, which tells the story of a personal meeting between a drug dealer and a police officer at the time of the 2005 riots that followed the deaths of Zyed Benna and Bouna Traoré.

Citadel: Diana will be the first spin-off of one of the most expensive Prime Video series on the platform. A show filmed in Italy, this time the main characters Mason (Richard Madden) and Nadia (Priyanka Chopra Jonas) should be ignored. But don’t panic, they’ll be back in Citadel season 2. A release that is certainly expected, but much less so than the fourth season of The Boys, which looks set to be a real butcher. The special effects supervisor has indeed promised very gory things that have never been seen before.

In this calendar of Prime Video new releases for 2024, we cannot ignore the presence of the Road House remake. The cult film with Patrick Swayze (Dirty Dancing), in which the actor plays a bouncer who wants to anger the city boss. Jake Gyllenhaal will have the difficult task of taking on the role of Dalton under the direction of Doug Liman (“Edge of Tomorrow”). “A bouncer is hired to clean a bad bar. He’ll run into a local boss who has taken over the town.”. The story is the same and will be available on Amazon Prime Video next year.
