Mighty front with a continuous, wavy strip of light, behind it cold black: This is what the first sign of life for the Jeep Wagoneer S looked like so far. The company drew attention to the purely electric off-road vehicle with this teaser image in mid-January.
The Wagoneer S will be the first purely electric model in the USA, the brand’s home country. Now the next pictures follow. And this suggests far more than the previous teaser image.
A few of the photos of the Wagoneer S that were shown were briefly visible on Jeep’s social media channels and were removed a short time later. Whether consciously or not remains unclear. Since the Internet, as we all know, never forgets, numerous publications were able to save the image and retweet it on X.
Launch the US-Portal Electrek The SUV should produce 600 hp. Acceleration from a standstill to 96.5 km/h should be achieved within 3.5 seconds; the range targeted by the manufacturer is 400 miles (643 kilometers).
Price and availability
The market launch of the Jeep Wagoneer S in the USA is scheduled for autumn 2024. The electric car should also be available for purchase in Germany in 2025. It is not yet clear at what price. You can read more news about electromobility here.
