Wiseman is certainly an effective director for any studio looking to put something out there and wow casual audiences, but after the huge success of the fourth John Wick movie last year, the studio Expectations seem to be high, and understandably so. This led Lionsgate, the major studio behind the hit series, to push “Ballerina’s” release date to June 6, 2025, instead of the previously planned June 7, 2024 date.
Deadline adds that John Wick franchise overlord Chad Stahelski has been planning major reshoots and additional action scenes with Wiseman, who hopes to direct Highlander next ” reboot and the adaptation of Ghost of Tsushima. This is undoubtedly the best.
