Taking all this into account, adding the information about a possible new “iPhone 17 Slim” for next year, it seems quite clear that the The iPhone 16 Plus will be the latest Plus model launched by Apple on the market. It is likely that next year the company will opt for a new strategy, abandoning a large entry-level model as a developer, which barely brings in profit.
We can’t say that Apple didn’t try. Many users demanded small and powerful smartphones and launched iPhone 12 and 13 mini. Seeing that they were not having success and many users were demanding larger screens, they launched the Plus models. But this strategy of following what the market is supposed to demand has not worked in any way, neither with small screens nor with large screens.
