Workers will have the right to digital disconnection in order to guarantee, outside established working hours, respect for their rest times, permits and vacations, as well as their private and family life.
If the company disturbs the employee outside of working hours, the employee is exposed to sanctions of varying degrees:
- Minimum score: Between 751 and 1,500 dollars.
- Average degree: Between 1,501 and 3,750 dollars.
- Maximum score: Between 3,751 and 7,500 dollars.
