Zenless Zone Zero has revealed its first post-launch character: Seth! As part of the Criminal Investigation Special Response Team faction, we don’t know what they can do just yet. Instead, the reveal came with some artwork and a voice actor announcement.
This morning, Seth’s first appearance was announced on social media, with the official Zenless Zone Zero account showing him as a white-haired cat boy character – something that HoYoVerse designed in the lab to appeal to a certain fan base.

As for Seth’s voice actor, Nazeeh Tarsha voiced the English version of the game. He has previously worked on projects such as Monster No. 8, Street Fighter 6, and Genshin Impact. As for the Japanese voice, it was Kengo Takanashi. He has previously done great work in games such as The King of Fighters XV, Scarlet Link, and even voiced Link in The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild!
With the addition of Seth, he will become the second playable character in the Criminal Investigation Special Response Team after Joo Won, who is already playable. This is important because it opens up the possibility of faction synergy in squads where both are present. Not only that, but with the future addition of Qing Yi, another member of the faction, a full squad isn’t far off. This is a lot better than the Obol Squad, which currently only has Soldier 11 as its only playable representative.
