Gamevice recently lost its patent infringement case early last month when the maker of smartphone controllers and derivatives sued Nintendo in court over the design of the iconic Joy-con building. Apparently dissatisfied with the outcome, Gamevice not only appealed the case but also filed another criminal complaint stating that they wanted US Conch's entry banned. According to Gamevice, they were granted patents back in August when Nintendo broke it.
