After a 2021 edition that once again celebrated Asobo Studios, the Bordeaux studio does not repeat the feat. At this third edition of the Pegasus Ceremony, Arkane Studios from Lyon stole the show. With no fewer than five awards for death loop, including best video game, this is a new site written for Microsoft studio. Recognition from both the industry and the players who also walk the public with the Pegasus. When the titles fell for the title, so were the teams that were fielded. In fact, Dinga Bakaba, who runs the studio, received the Personality of the Year award.
Arcane weren’t the only ones who shone. A serious contender to follow them with Digixart and their finery street 96 Montpellier residents walk away with five trophies, including best independent game. This is enough to realize that the French video game had a 2021 with several high-profile representatives.
