Ubisoft has announced that the next installment in the Assassin’s Creed franchise, Shadows of Assassin’s Creedwill be broadcast worldwide on November 15. The game will be available on Ubisoft+, PS5, Xbox Series X|S, Amazon Luna, Mac computers with Apple chips (in the Mac App Store) and Windows PCs (Ubisoft Store and Epic Games Store). Those who subscribe to Ubisoft+ or purchase the Ultimate Edition will be able to play three days early, on November 12.
With development led by Ubisoft Quebec (Assassin’s Creed Odyssey), Shadows of Assassin’s Creed will immerse players in 16th century Japan. The country is heading toward a brutal unification process, and discontent grows as new alliances emerge and corrupt foreign influences seep into the nation.
In the shoes of Naoe and Yasuke
Players will discover the interconnected stories of Naoe, an assassin and cultist. shinobi from Iga province, and Yasuke, the powerful and legendary historical samurai.
