Phil Duncan, Co-Founder of Ghost Town Games:
“After five years, it’s still the best part of working on Overcooked !, to see and hear the reactions from players around the world. Seeing the fan art, the music covers, the cosplay, and even the occasional tattoo is something I will never get used to. Hearing the stories of players who bonded with friends and loved ones about the time they spent playing the game is something we are honored to have played a role in.
Oli De-Vine, co-founder of Ghost Town Games:
“Wow, it’s been five years! First of all, I have to thank the fantastic people at Team17, without whom we would not be at this point. It’s been an amazing journey with so many developers working tirelessly to make the game what it is today and we honestly couldn’t have done it any other way. Plus, multiplayer games are what they are only because of the community, and the community in this game is just amazing. Maybe it’s because this game is about cooperation and communication, but we’re really glad that the game found such a nice audience that always supports us and welcomes the things we do. It was great, thank you very much to all of you. “
