With the Indie Box, the entire XboxSquad editorial team offers you mini reviews of very little known or featured indie games. While some don’t deserve to step out of the shadows of the Xbox Marketplace, others might be worth a look. That is the whole subject of this section.
Parody fantasy, for example with the brat overlord, we know. Except that with HEROICit stays Very nice.
At a strategic level, it remains very simple HEROIC is in 2.5D and therefore only left and right need to be managed. I spent 30 minutes on it, it’s not much but I didn’t feel challenged and most importantly the impression of great lightness, as if HEROIC played for me. This is undeniably infallible for the genre, as our avatar summons creatures to fight to the death in his stead. I personally don’t want to be a spectator of my video game adventures, otherwise I might as well be repeating it for the umpteenth time Lord of the Rings
I appreciated:
- Pretty, colorful and good-natured fantasy
- A good introduction to the MOBA, very gentle
- French subtitles and user interface
I am sorry :
- Didn’t captivate me anymore. Too polite? Too childish? Already too many things to play elsewhere?
