If you’re new to the Xbox world, you probably still don’t know what Microsoft Rewards is. But broadly speaking, it’s rewards for doing things like searching on Bing, playing a Game Pass game, unlocking a series of achievements, and a few others. These rewards give you Rewards points that you can redeem for games, hardware, or subscriptions.
Those in Redmond have varied the program over time and changed the points, sometimes nerfing rewards and sometimes even eliminate the streaks. Other times, the change has been for the better, don’t get me wrong. But it’s ultimately an incentive that Microsoft offers its users without being forced to do so.
It will be coming to other Xbox platforms “soon”
The fact is that the Americans have created a new feature that can recently be enjoyed on Xbox consoles. It is Notes for Rewards, which is basically a new section that allows the company to be more transparent about the changes or improvements that the program undergoes without leaving the official Xbox application.
This is a faster, more direct way to share updates, information, and upcoming changes to stay more connected to rewards. We plan to use this space to inform you about things that affect how you earn points and collect rewards, so check back from time to time.
A more convenient way to claim points
The fact is that soon, this section will also reach the PC version of Xbox and mobile devices. Unfortunately, there is no specific date to close this, Microsoft has limited itself to saying that “it will arrive soon”, so it is possible that we will have it in just a few months.
Additionally, we also know that the company is working so that users can claim your points directly from notifications in the console, so it would not be necessary to go back through the Rewards Hub for each completed task.
