After yesterday’s announcement of the postponement of the next-gen version of The witcher 3, CD Projekt RED had to announce another piece of information that won’t excite fans. In fact, today was a call to shareholders to unveil the studio’s 2021 numbers. Meanwhile, Adam Kiciński returned to the commitments made and the measures taken to achieve them. As a reminder, the studio had announced a major internal transformation plan to restore its image. But what interests us here is the part about announcements around Cyberpunk 2077.
As mentioned in @CDPROJEKTRED_IR Still a financial call a few moments ago, the upcoming Cyberpunk 2077 expansion will arrive in 2023. Please stay tuned for more details to come later this year 🦾 https://t.co/rq1w6RDTDL

With patch 1.5 released last February, the teams are hard at work on the next additional content. Originally slated for 2022, the studio has indicated that it will have to delay the latter’s release to 2023. As stated in the tweet, we’ll have to wait until the second half of the year for more details.
