Madrid City Hall is launching the Madrid in Game entrepreneurship program with the first 30 companies that will work in the Development Center, one of three pavilions on the Madrid Video Game Campus. For six months, entrepreneurs from all over Europe will accelerate their ideas until they become solvent companies.
The initiative was born with the aim of consolidating and promoting the video game industry. Adapting to the different projects according to the stage of maturity in which they are, each of the companies included in the entrepreneurship program is divided into three phases, pre-incubation, incubation and acceleration, to adapt to their vital moment. as a business.
Those selected will benefit from mentoring, investment research assistance, presence at events and specialist support in three pillars: company, product and person. In addition, they will have a working space composed of state-of-the-art sound, video, virtual and augmented reality laboratories and other cutting-edge tools allowing them to develop their ideas, both from a technological and technical view. business.

The entrepreneurship plan plans to generate direct jobs in the video game industry. In addition, it is expected that these companies, in the six months of work that lasts, increase their turnover or achieve the objectives set in each project, contributing to the promotion of this sector.
