Xbox is definitely on the rise. Since the launch of the Xbox Series X | S in 2020, in fact, the American company has continued to recover, improving its image among the players. Result ? Never before had the brand sold as many consoles on American territory as it does today. A new historical record, although the brand’s consoles are still sold out!
Xbox will therefore appear in March 2022 in the US alongside Nintendo’s Switch at the top of console sales. The Xbox Series X | S thus prevails in terms of revenue generated, where the Nintendo portable device dominates in terms of number of units sold. A result that will be confirmed in March but also throughout the first quarter of 2022!
This excellent period also allows Xbox to sign new historical achievements. Indeed, according to The NPD Group, the console maker is posting record results in the American market. The Xbox Series X|S surpasses the previous Xbox 360 sales record and surpasses the previous Xbox One sales record.
Xbox hardware sales in units and revenue in March 2022 set new all-time highs for the platform. Previous records for Xbox were set in March 2011 (units) and March 2014 (sales).

In a context of disruptions and delivery difficulties, the actions taken by Microsoft are bearing fruit.
