As usual every month, we’re showcasing the batch of games that are being added to Xbox Game Pass, one at the start of the month and a second batch at the end. Well, and as we assumed, in December 2022 there will be no more games added to the Xbox subscription service.
Confirmed by Megane Spurr, head of social marketing for Team Xbox, this month we won’t have a second batch of games announced on the service. While we don’t know the reasons why Microsoft decided not to add more games, we do know that Xbox Game Pass will have big releases in the early months of 2023, so it’s no tragedy to lament.
Unfortunately, there will be no more Game Pass announcements this year. But there will be many more from January 2023!, comments Megan Spurr.
Xbox Game Pass in 2022, sign of superiority on the market
With the recent release of High On Life, we were able to realize the power of the service to power titles unknown to the general public. Cases like Pentiment, Vampire Survivors or High On Life, not necessarily great games, but thanks to their accessibility we can try them and find out if they are worth it or not.
That being the case, we’re looking forward to the first batch of 2023 and being able to play everything we’ve planned to do with the service.
(FYI) According to Melissa McGamePass Miss @Meganisrad community social marketing for #XboxGamePass announced on discord that there will be no more games coming to GamePass for the second half of December. ☹️
