Like Shenmue, Watch Dogs, one of Ubisoft’s most iconic franchises, will also enter the world of Japanese entertainment with a new proposal that will try to be the basis of a manga strip.
The story of the latest installment in the saga, Watch Dogs: Legions, takes place in London, far from the American geography seen in previous installments, but the heart of the story remains hacking. In the case of the anime, the story will take place in Tokyo and the people responsible for bringing it to life are Kamo Syuhei and Shirato Seiichi, both Ubisoft employees.
Watch Dogs is moving to another continent
A new manga series based on Ubisoft’s “Watch Dogs” video game series titled “Watch Dogs Tokyo” drawn by Kamo Syuhei (Gangsta: Cursed) and written by Shirato Seiichi will debut on the Kurage Bunch website on April 12. 2022

The name of the series will be “Tokyo Watch Dogsin an attempt to highlight the shift in locality and culture and the manga’s story will show the heroes of the saga (Aidan Pearce not yet confirmed) battling against an infrastructure created by a company called Bloom Japan to change People’s Lives, a tool used by the Tokyo Metropolitan Government. The Blume Corporation will also make an appearance so that the connection to the games is quite tangible.
With no new video game installments in the saga in sight, it looks like IP fans will have to make do with what’s shown in the manga which will arrive on April 12 and be posted on the site. Kurage Group in various numbers.
